JOB PROFILE:

1. Will be reporting to Company Secretary, the candidate should have sound knowledge of company’s laws and fully conversant with compliance procedures and excellent command in MS Office.

2. Should have the capability to learn fast and well verse with company secretarial work.

3. Must have a good command of written English and communication.

4, Able to take multitask responsibilities within the Company Secretariat and must be prepared to communicate with BOD and Board Committees members under the strict guidance from the Company Secretary and the Finance Director as and when required.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Should have Passed Intermediate / Foundation Exams of the Institute of Chartered Accountants or ACCA or first, three parts of the Institute of Cost & Management Accounts with completed article.

AGE & TENURE:

I. Maximum up to 40 years age as on the last date of submission of application.

2. Initial Contract (with 6 months’ probation) shall be for a period of three years extendable subject to satisfactory performance
